About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level personalized service to VIP and Loyalty Program guests to ensure the highest standards of satisfaction
- Manage the arrival, stay, and departure processes for VIP guests, including room escorts and personalized greetings
- Act as a "One-Stop Shop" for all guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and history records in the system to anticipate recurring guest needs
- Liaise with various hotel departments and external partners to coordinate seamless guest experiences
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and F&B promotions to guests through professional recommendations
- Conduct site inspections and maintain relationships with travel agents and tour operators
- Monitor guest satisfaction tools and implement appropriate actions based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in German, French, or Polish
- Proven experience working in a hotel environment
- Proficiency in the OPERA property management system
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
