About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level personalized service to VIP and Loyalty Program guests to ensure the highest standards of satisfaction
  • Manage the arrival, stay, and departure processes for VIP guests, including room escorts and personalized greetings
  • Act as a "One-Stop Shop" for all guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and history records in the system to anticipate recurring guest needs
  • Liaise with various hotel departments and external partners to coordinate seamless guest experiences
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and F&B promotions to guests through professional recommendations
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain relationships with travel agents and tour operators
  • Monitor guest satisfaction tools and implement appropriate actions based on feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in German, French, or Polish
  • Proven experience working in a hotel environment
  • Proficiency in the OPERA property management system
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
