Guest Relation Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide welcome and attention to guests at the hotel or airport counter
• Receive, transfer, distribute, and remove luggage to/from rooms or arrival halls
• Register, store, and re-enter luggage for guests in transit
• Support the hotel lounge and arrival hall operations
• Perform luggage or delicate item packaging
• Assist with taxi services and escort guests to vehicles
• Support the Security area by following protocols and reporting incidents
• Ensure the custody and security of luggage during guest stays
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and tools
• Comply with SST norms and LQA area standards

Requirements

• Graduate in Hospitality and Tourism, Communication, or related fields
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• General culture knowledge for guest orientation and assistance
• Planning and organizational skills to manage requests and priorities
• Strong attention to detail for personalized service
