Guest Relation

Responsibilities

• Act as the central intermediary between guests and all hotel services to ensure a memorable experience
• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage all administrative formalities related to their stay
• Provide information regarding establishment services and reservation procedures
• Handle telephone inquiries and respond to guest emails professionally
• Manage administrative tasks including booking entries, occupancy planning, and invoicing
• Oversee payment processing, cash drawer closing, and payment method verification
• Resolve guest conflicts and disputes with professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work with rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Beaune region

• Salary between €2050 and €2150 gross for a 39-hour week
