About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth guest rooming, welfare, and satisfactory stays for all guests
- Manage Reception, Concierge, Hospitality, and Cashier operations
- Liaise with various departments to ensure coordinated service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Lobby, corridors, and main entrance
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints tactfully, initiating necessary follow-up actions
- Oversee efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Conduct briefings for Concierge and Front Office Assistants
- Coordinate V.V.I.P room inspections with the Housekeeping Department
- Monitor guest accounts and ensure all reception logs and records are up to date
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Strong communication and customer contact skills
- Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Professional grooming and well-presented appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak additional foreign languages
- Basic understanding of local languages
