Guest Relation Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth guest rooming, welfare, and satisfactory stays for all guests
• Manage Reception, Concierge, Hospitality, and Cashier operations
• Liaise with various departments to ensure coordinated service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Lobby, corridors, and main entrance
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints tactfully, initiating necessary follow-up actions
• Oversee efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Conduct briefings for Concierge and Front Office Assistants
• Coordinate V.V.I.P room inspections with the Housekeeping Department
• Monitor guest accounts and ensure all reception logs and records are up to date

Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Strong communication and customer contact skills
• Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Professional grooming and well-presented appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak additional foreign languages
• Basic understanding of local languages
