About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform reception operations including check-in, check-out, and stay management
- Welcome, assist, and provide information to guests throughout their stay
- Respond to guest requests and perform concierge duties
- Handle complaints and special situations with diplomacy and efficiency
- Manage and update guest information
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special attentions
- Collaborate closely with various hotel departments
- Adhere to and apply the establishment's quality standards
Requirements
- Hospitality training
- Minimum experience in a high-end establishment in a reception role
- Perfect mastery of English
- Excellent presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and organizational abilities
- Rigor and curiosity
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus
