About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception operations including check-in, check-out, and stay management
  • Welcome, assist, and provide information to guests throughout their stay
  • Respond to guest requests and perform concierge duties
  • Handle complaints and special situations with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Manage and update guest information
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals and special attentions
  • Collaborate closely with various hotel departments
  • Adhere to and apply the establishment's quality standards

Requirements

  • Hospitality training
  • Minimum experience in a high-end establishment in a reception role
  • Perfect mastery of English
  • Excellent presentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and organizational abilities
  • Rigor and curiosity
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus
