Guest Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest-related issues like lockouts, maintenance emergencies, and tech glitches
• Conduct thorough unit inspections before guest check-ins and after check-outs
• Support Operations Managers in preparing new units, checking furnishings and supplies
• Perform ongoing walkthroughs to verify homes align with design and maintenance standards
• Serve as a guest-facing operations contact to resolve in-stay requests
• Balance field work with desk-based coordination using Slack and G Suite

Requirements

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to act under pressure
• Detail-oriented approach to quality results
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and email
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated and team-oriented demeanor
