- Respond to guest-related issues like lockouts, maintenance emergencies, and tech glitches
- Conduct thorough unit inspections before guest check-ins and after check-outs
- Support Operations Managers in preparing new units, checking furnishings and supplies
- Perform ongoing walkthroughs to verify homes align with design and maintenance standards
- Serve as a guest-facing operations contact to resolve in-stay requests
- Balance field work with desk-based coordination using Slack and G Suite
Requirements
