About the role
Responsibilities
- Support seamless guest check-ins by managing access solutions, keys, and badges
- Assist field operations with daily coordination, key deliveries, and city errands
- Oversee warehouse and inventory by organizing supplies and tracking stock levels
- Conduct apartment inspections to ensure cleanliness and functionality standards
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Slack, email, and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
