Guest Experience Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Guest Experience team to ensure consistent delivery of high service standards
• Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and in-house requests for a seamless journey
• Address and resolve guest complaints and special requests professionally
• Monitor daily operations for compliance with brand guidelines and hotel policies
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments
• Collect and analyze guest feedback from direct interactions and online platforms
• Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate guest profiles to ensure personalized service for loyal guests

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels or luxury environments
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office
