Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the company for guests across Europe, the Middle East, and North America
• Manage in-unit needs including troubleshooting systems, appliances, and housekeeping fixes
• Handle guest communications via messaging for booking inquiries, confirmations, and ongoing support
• Coordinate daily operations including cleaners, inspections, and maintenance schedules
• Assist in launching new locations by preparing units to be guest-ready
• Proactively resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner to ensure an exceptional experience
• Work with various teams to find scalable solutions for operational efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Possession of a laptop and a stable internet connection for night shifts
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests via phone and email
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• A self-driven, motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Prior experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
