Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the company for guests across Europe, the Middle East, and North America
• Assist guests with in-unit needs, including troubleshooting appliances, systems, and housekeeping requests
• Manage guest communications via messaging for booking inquiries, confirmations, and ongoing support
• Coordinate daily operations including cleaners, inspections, and maintenance schedules
• Help launch new locations by transitioning units from empty to guest-ready status
• Proactively resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner to ensure an exceptional experience
• Drive add-on sales by identifying and closing lead opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency and scalable solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Possession of a stable internet connection and a working laptop for night shifts
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests via phone and email
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
• High attention to detail and a self-driven, motivated work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Russian or Turkish
