Guest Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, scan tickets, and assist attendees to their seats efficiently.
• Ensure guest environments meet venue standards and verify that emergency exit pathways are clear.
• Validate credentials for restricted areas and premium levels in coordination with VIP Services.
• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities, including wheelchair escorts and distributing Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs).
• Answer guest questions regarding event details and venue amenities.
• Track, communicate, and escalate guest issues, including coordinating seating relocations.
• Report building deficiencies, security concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Assist internal departments and third-party vendors with event set-up.

Requirements

• Excellent hospitality, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer situations in a high-pressure, sensitive, and urgent environment.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in an environment with loud noises, intense visuals, and changing temperatures.
• Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Professional manner, presence, and appearance at all times while on duty.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Arena or Theatre Guest Services (e.g., usher, ticket taker, or elevator operator).
