About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
- Provide technical product education to articulate brand value and meet guest needs
- Drive store performance by monitoring daily business data and sales metrics
- Oversee in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts
- Support team development through direct feedback, coaching, and recognition
- Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding recommendations
- Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Australia
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
- 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, difficult conversations)
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
