About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
- Provide technical product education to guests
- Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs
- Conduct store opening and closing procedures
- Review daily business data and metrics to track sales goals
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members
Requirements
- 1 year of retail or customer experience
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience
- Food safety or liquor service certification (for experiential stores)
