About the role
Responsibilities
- Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life by leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive experience.
- Oversee technical product education to ensure every guest understands the value of our products and brand.
- Act as the Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
- Drive store performance by reviewing daily business metrics and motivating the team to reach sales goals.
- Support the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Manage team member performance through direct feedback, coaching, and in-the-moment recognition.
- Maintain operational excellence by conducting store opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- 1 year of retail or customer service experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience.
