About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
  • Oversee technical product education to articulate brand value to guests
  • Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs
  • Review daily business metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team
  • Support team member development through direct feedback, coaching, and recognition
  • Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
