Guest Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
• Provide technical product education to articulate the value of the brand to guests
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals
• Support team member development through direct feedback, coaching, and recognition
• Manage store opening and closing procedures to ensure operational excellence
• Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience
• Food safety or liquor service certification (for experiential stores with food/beverage service)
