Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and deliver smooth, polished check-in and check-out experiences
• Answer guest questions, provide property guidance, and coordinate stay-related requests
• Introduce relevant spa offerings, food and beverage options, upgrades, and future-stay opportunities
• Support rebooking conversations and upsell opportunities in a natural, guest-first way
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to protect guest trust
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and spa teams to ensure seamless stays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-ready front desk and guest-facing areas
• Manage merch and front-desk inventory with attention to presentation and accuracy

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in front desk, guest services, concierge, hospitality, retail, or sales
• Experience working in an on-site, service-based environment
• Comfort with warm, natural sales or recommendation-based conversations
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Ability to work onsite at BOLT FARM in Whitwell, Tennessee

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in boutique, luxury, wellness, or resort hospitality environments
• Experience with upselling, rebooking, memberships, or concierge recommendations
• Experience supporting on-site events, dining, or happy hour
• Food and beverage experience
