Guest Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver a premium guest experience at the Visitor Information Centre.
• Act as an outlet ambassador by greeting guests and resolving queries with flair.
• Anticipate guest needs and suggest creative ways to improve operational journeys.
• Manage commercial goals, including gift card sales and accurate daily financial reporting.
• Support operational excellence by stepping up as a Duty Manager and First Aider.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering five-star service in luxury retail or premium hospitality.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data and record management.
• Ability to work a flexible rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a composed, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in an additional European language.
