Guest Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests upon arrival with a professional welcome
• Transport luggage and personal items to guest rooms promptly
• Provide overviews of room features and hotel amenities
• Respond to guest requests including deliveries of packages, messages, and amenities
• Support guest movements during check-in, check-out, and group arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entryway, and bell desk
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments
• Deliver special requests such as flowers, gifts, and food deliveries with discretion
• Secure and correctly tag stored luggage
• Offer recommendations on hotel dining, spa, and local attractions

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end residential setting
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong knowledge of New York City geography and landmarks
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star service standards
• Proficiency in English; multilingual (Spanish/French) preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
