About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the “Yes I Can!” experience
  • Provide personal attention and apply teamwork when providing guest service
  • Listen with empathy and find solutions to resolve guest problems
  • Use best judgment to provide service recovery when guests are unsatisfied
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand behaviors
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with all hotel employees

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of front office experience in a public contact position
  • Fluency in Hindi
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and PMS
  • Excellent communication and influence skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • General knowledge of the local area and attractions
