About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet, meet, and escort guests while providing general information and assistance
- Oversee the Lobby area and proactively approach guests to assist with communication barriers
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly, specifically for Korean-speaking guests and VIPs
- Provide translation support between Korean and other languages for Front Desk and Concierge teams
- Manage special requests, room decorations, and VIP amenities
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and pre-arrival communications
- Upsell rooms and related services to guests
- Maintain guest folios and record preferences, feedback, and complaints
- Perform basic cashiering and ensure cash drawer security
- Inspect VIP rooms to ensure all amenities are in order prior to arrival
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one to two years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Korean
