About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet, meet, and escort guests while providing general information and assistance
  • Oversee the Lobby area and proactively approach guests to assist with communication barriers
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly, specifically for Korean-speaking guests and VIPs
  • Provide translation support between Korean and other languages for Front Desk and Concierge teams
  • Manage special requests, room decorations, and VIP amenities
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and pre-arrival communications
  • Upsell rooms and related services to guests
  • Maintain guest folios and record preferences, feedback, and complaints
  • Perform basic cashiering and ensure cash drawer security
  • Inspect VIP rooms to ensure all amenities are in order prior to arrival

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one to two years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Korean
