About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service to meet and exceed expectations
- Welcome guests, support check-in, and provide information on hotel services and local experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations to elevate stays
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Act as a central communication point between departments to fulfill guest preferences
- Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Reservations teams
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings and promotions
- Support front desk operations including check-out and billing inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels or luxury environments
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and complaint-handling skills
