Guest Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and conduct seamless check-in and registration procedures
• Escort guests safely to their rooms and ensure suites are inspected for cleanliness and maintenance prior to arrival
• Implement and maintain guest recognition programs to personalize the stay
• Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments with professional follow-up
• Maintain up-to-date information on local tours, sightseeing, and points of interest
• Upsell hotel rooms, spa services, gallery, and F&B outlets
• Assist with guest billing procedures and ensure smooth check-out arrangements
• Conduct inspections of public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Russian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally engaging personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
