About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and brand partners, providing professional advice and solutions
- Promote additional services such as gift cards and the McArthurGlen Club
- Collect and process guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate with guests via personal interaction, telephone, email, and social media
- Perform administrative tasks including online gift card orders and meeting room organization
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance in the guest service area and center
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and working with people
- Initial experience in customer service or guest relations
- Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts
- Team player with a reliable and independent working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
