About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and brand partners in the center and provide directions and information
- Resolve guest and brand partner inquiries and issues promptly and reliably
- Promote a positive guest experience and sell complementary products and services
- Maintain the Guest Feedback Tracker and ensure timely processing of complaints
- Respond to social media posts and build relationships with guests
- Manage administrative tasks such as online gift card orders and meeting room bookings
- Ensure the guest service area is inviting, organized, and informative
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working with people and a passion for hospitality
- Experience in customer service or guest relations
- Availability for weekend work (Saturdays and open Sundays) and flexible shifts
- Team spirit, reliability, and an independent way of working
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office
