About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Promote additional products and services and meet targets
  • Handle face-to-face, email, and social media feedback
  • Complete administrative tasks such as online gift card orders
  • Maintain high standards in the Guest Services area to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Promote a collaborative working environment

Requirements

  • Exceptional people skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with customer-facing and admin tasks
  • Proactive attitude
  • Proficient IT skills including email, Word, and Excel
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis to accommodate centre trading hours
