About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Promote additional products and services and meet targets
- Handle face-to-face, email, and social media feedback
- Complete administrative tasks such as online gift card orders
- Maintain high standards in the Guest Services area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Promote a collaborative working environment
Requirements
- Exceptional people skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with customer-facing and admin tasks
- Proactive attitude
- Proficient IT skills including email, Word, and Excel
- Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis to accommodate centre trading hours
