About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the guest experience before, during, and after their visit
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery through proactive and reactive guest interaction
  • Handle guest complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
  • Balance operational presence in the service area with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with various departments to create world-class guest experiences

Requirements

  • Background in service industry, preferably within F&B, events, nightlife, or restaurants
  • Strong ability to switch focus quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • High level of self-leadership and initiative
  • Experience with VisBook and Review Pro is a merit
