About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the guest experience before, during, and after their visit
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through proactive and reactive guest interaction
- Handle guest complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
- Balance operational presence in the service area with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with various departments to create world-class guest experiences
Requirements
- Background in service industry, preferably within F&B, events, nightlife, or restaurants
- Strong ability to switch focus quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High level of self-leadership and initiative
- Experience with VisBook and Review Pro is a merit
