Guest Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Proactively interact with guests to provide information, assistance, and ensure an enjoyable experience at the venue.
• Communicate venue policies, procedures, and program information such as upgrades and merchandise.
• Assist guests with finding seats, seat relocation, artist meet & greets, and locating lost items.
• Direct restroom and concession lines to minimize guest waiting times.
• Resolve guest complaints with tact and diplomacy.
• Support venue sustainability efforts, including recycling collection and waste prevention.
• Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
• Monitor restroom cleanliness and report maintenance or cleaning issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs constantly.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs+ regularly.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Guest Services and communications.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Acute sense of judgment and diplomacy in high-pressure environments.
