Guest Ambassador (Hostess) - La Vita Bar

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of reservations for La Vita Restaurant & Bar, including taking, confirming, and modifying bookings.
• Manage and update the guest database to ensure accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests regarding inquiries and special requests to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Analyze guest data to identify trends and assist in developing personalized service initiatives.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Support marketing initiatives by utilizing guest data to promote upcoming events and personalized offers.
• Adhere to all hotel policies regarding guest data protection, confidentiality, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and guest database software.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
