Guardianship Liaison

Responsibilities

• Promote the welfare and enhance the school experience of students living in Singapore without parents
• Build strong, effective working relationships with students, parents, and school stakeholders
• Ensure students under guardianship feel safe, supported, and a sense of belonging
• Collaborate across diverse teams to provide meaningful support
• Manage sensitive or challenging conversations with care and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience working with children (ideally ages 12–18) in an international or residential school context
• Sound knowledge of child safeguarding principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in boarding, education, counseling, or safeguarding
