GTM Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and maintain GTM applications including Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, and Chorus
• Design and implement system integrations and automated workflows to ensure seamless data flow
• Maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and reporting reliability
• Develop actionable reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools
• Triage and troubleshoot user-reported issues for the GTM team
• Document system processes to support training and enablement efforts

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce and the GTM application ecosystem
• Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs
• Technical proficiency in applying AI tools to GTM processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL and data analysis experience
