GTM Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect the company's "Source of Truth" by managing backend data architecture and operational governance
• Integrate Clay and LLM tools like Claude AI to automate data enrichment and personalized outreach
• Build and maintain full-funnel marketing attribution infrastructure and ROI dashboards
• Manage the HubSpot Product Library and Quote tool for sales enablement
• Audit sales pipeline stages and ensure data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• Manage and guide a GTM Systems Coordinator

Requirements

• 4–6 years of HubSpot Administration or Revenue Operations experience
• Expert technical mastery of HubSpot Enterprise (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs)
• Hands-on experience with AI enrichment and automation tools (Clay, Claude, OpenAI)
• Proven experience managing direct reports
• Ability to build executive-level reporting and revenue forecasting dashboards
• Experience in high-velocity startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce in multi-CRM or migration environments
