Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Hebbia, Claude, Clay, and adjacent tools
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and role-specific AI assistants
• Own, administer, and continuously improve core GTM tools including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, and Clay
• Maintain system integrations and data health across the stack
• Audit GTM workflows to replace manual work with automation for lead enrichment, sequence enrollment, and signal monitoring
• Partner with GTM and Operations teams to translate pain points into technical solutions

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or GTM Engineering in B2B SaaS
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and building AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs or Claude
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, and Clay
• Proficiency working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
• Experience managing vendor relationships, renewals, and contract negotiations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
