GTM Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy applications on Salesforce Platform
• Implement integrations within GTM systems and with products utilizing Python-based applications
• Maintain solutions on iPaaS platforms including Workato and Clay
• Drive decisions on architecture patterns and tool usage to ensure scalability
• Develop applications and frameworks utilizing Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Write technical specifications including architecture diagrams and data models
• Own data integrity and contribute to the full stack including HubSpot, Segment, DBT, and Retool
• Participate in code reviews, on-call rotations, and build issue resolution

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Triggers
• Experience with Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Deep understanding of APIs, synchronous/asynchronous methods, and streaming APIs
• Solid understanding of version control (GitHub/Bitbucket) and CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with the GTM stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Leandata, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines and Salesforce governance limits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or DBT
• Experience with Kafka
• Knowledge of AI Agents
• Experience with Agile methodologies
