GTM Systems Director

We built an AI-powered platform that converts complex financial filings, transcripts, and KPIs into clean, hyperlinked, customizable data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce, CPQ, and other business systems
• Manage platform security, Salesforce Org health, system performance, and API integration strategy
• Automate manual GTM processes end-to-end using AI agents, no-code/low-code tools, and custom integrations
• Maintain clean, reliable data flows between Salesforce, Databricks, and downstream platforms like Gong and Outreach
• Leverage LLMs to build intelligent automations for outbound, enrichment, and account research
• Build event-driven automation across the GTM stack using tools like Airtable, Clay, Zapier, and n8n

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Salesforce experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience building custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, or data engineering
• Background in software engineering, data engineering, or a technical IC role
• Experience integrating applications using platforms like MuleSoft or Workato
• Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Clay
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and the software development process (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Hightouch and Fivetran to operationalize warehouse data
