GTM Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, managing users, profiles, permission sets, and automation
• Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows
• Lead release management including sandbox strategy, testing protocols, and deployment
• Develop reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility and forecasting
• Own lead routing, territory management, and account hierarchy processes
• Support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including quoting workflows and pricing governance
• Monitor and optimize Workato integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite
• Manage data governance, including deduplication and CRM hygiene
• Provide user training and onboarding documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and validation rules
• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP
• Familiarity with integration middleware such as Workato or Zapier
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
