About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization through sales enablement and change management services
  • Act as a key contact to resolve daily operational issues and suggest training to address knowledge gaps
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding business systems, processes, and programs
  • Provide onboarding support for new sales hires and collaborate with managers to identify training needs
  • Drive adoption of productivity tools and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
  • Act as a change agent for organizational transitions to ensure functional success
  • Deliver effective presentations and training content both in-person and remotely
  • Leverage data and reporting to recommend solutions and influence business decisions
  • Manage multiple parallel work streams and integrate details into standard processes

Requirements

  • BA, BS, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support or a similar functional role
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, and MS Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fluid environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
