About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact for the sales organization to resolve daily operational issues and knowledge gaps
  • Respond to and resolve internal inquiries regarding business systems, processes, and operations
  • Provide onboarding support for new sales hires and collaborate with managers to identify training needs
  • Deliver effective presentations and training content both in-person and remotely
  • Drive adoption of productivity tools and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transitions to support business success
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize business systems, tools, and processes
  • Leverage data and reporting to recommend solutions and influence decision-making

Requirements

  • BA, BS, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, enablement, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Wiki, and DocuSign
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fluid, changing environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
