Responsibilities

• Own GTM business metrics reporting to drive better decision-making, including sales productivity and rep attainment
• Model sales incentives and compensation plans to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Lead flow prioritization and optimization
• Perform segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accounts
• Partner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity
• Design and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks for Sales and Marketing
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM technology stack
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Operations
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Proven experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, or Tableau
• Deep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design
• Experience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies
• Exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
