GTM Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Zip's account data infrastructure and serve as the single owner of the account universe
• Lead the end-to-end annual account data refresh process and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Define and execute the account and contact enrichment strategy and manage vendor relationships
• Drive centralized segmentation planning in partnership with sales leadership and Finance
• Develop and maintain territory carving methodology and execute territory changes centrally
• Build and maintain GTM analytics regarding account coverage, territory health, and data quality
• Champion AI and automation to improve data accuracy and accelerate territory processes
• Partner cross-functionally on routing logic and account assignment policies

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated ownership of territory design and carving methodology
• Experience managing third-party data vendor relationships (e.g., ZoomInfo, Kernel, Clearbit)
• Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills for data structure and query maintenance
• Deep fluency in Salesforce data structures and routing logic
• Experience using automation and AI tooling to reduce manual operational work
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for engaging with sales VPs
• Meticulous attention to detail and a builder's mentality
