GTM Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured analysis on key GTM questions including win/loss trends, ICP performance, and conversion rates
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure in HubSpot and Omni to track funnel performance and pipeline coverage
• Lead account strategy analysis by tiering the account base against ICP and modeling rep capacity
• Build rep performance baselines such as ramp curves and ACV variance to inform enablement and performance management

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Consulting, or Finance
• Direct B2B SaaS exposure
• Experience working with GTM data and performance metrics
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build models from scratch
• Clear and concise communication skills for presenting to leadership
• Ability to own workstreams independently in fast-moving environments
