GTM Strategy & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the ANZ sales and GTM team
• Build core operating infrastructure from scratch, including forecasting cadences, pipeline review processes, territory design, and quota frameworks
• Drive regional business reviews and strategic analyses to identify trends and inform GTM decisions
• Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders like Finance, Enablement, and Data to develop resource plans
• Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance
• Lead high-impact regional projects to improve efficiency across the ANZ revenue organization
• Act as the connective tissue between the ANZ GTM team and the global revenue operations and strategy function

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company
• Deep experience in sales operations and acting as a business partner to GTM leadership
• Proven track record of building operational infrastructure in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments
• Experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Experience building territories, compensation plans, and quotas
