GTM Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of the lending market
• Own end-to-end outbound processes including research, list building, copy, and multi-channel outreach
• Manage Kato’s conference efforts, including outreach, marketing campaigns, and booth presence
• Define and execute content strategy through blog posts, newsletters, and top-of-funnel materials
• Launch marketing initiatives such as webinars and in-person events
• Manage CRM hygiene and maintain GTM reporting on conversion rates and pipeline velocity
• Create and manage nurture campaigns for dormant leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting or a startup environment
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High level of agency and ability to drive independent progress toward goals
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outbound sales (BDR/SDR) or sales operations experience
• Experience working with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot
