About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses, models, and strategic recommendations to inform resource allocation and growth prioritization
• Drive high-priority initiatives across provider acquisition, market expansion, and new go-to-market motions
• Build and improve operating systems, planning processes, and performance frameworks
• Partner with growth, finance, engineering, and leadership teams to solve operational bottlenecks
• Explore and execute new opportunities including strategic partnerships and new products
• Leverage AI and automation to increase organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience in analytical problem-solving and operational rigor (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, or growth)
• Experience developing analyses or operating models that influence business decisions
• Proficiency with data tools including spreadsheets, SQL, low-code tools, or AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up GTM systems and processes from scratch at an early-stage or hyper-scaling company
