GTM Strategy & Operations, Digital Native

Responsibilities

• Partner with Digital Native Sales leadership to support strategic planning, territory models, and GTM priorities
• Analyze business performance, pipeline health, and sales funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting to improve visibility across the Enterprise business
• Develop and operationalize GTM growth strategies for new products and market opportunities
• Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to increase efficiency and accountability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, and Systems teams
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready materials

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Finance
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to drive decision-making
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and supporting GTM operating rhythms
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution in fast-paced environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders
• High level of organizational skill and attention to detail
