GTM Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and budget planning through analysis, modeling, and executive-ready materials
• Maintain headcount and workforce planning trackers and prepare trade-off analyses
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve GTM performance and organizational effectiveness
• Help drive planning cycles, business reviews, and team programs through coordination and tracking
• Draft polished communications for leadership and internal GTM audiences
• Partner across Finance, HR, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive initiatives
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across daily work
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable work and shape practical AI workflows

Requirements

• MBA from an accredited program
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, GTM strategy, or revenue/business operations in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with experience building models in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Strong written communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work
• Ability to build relationships and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams/365, Asana, or Slack
• Familiarity with SaaS commercial models (ARR, bookings, renewals, expansion)
• Exposure to strategy, business operations, or executive support environments
