Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify and execute high-priority GTM initiatives
- Develop and refine market positioning, messaging, and customer narratives
- Lead product launches and coordinate execution across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Create sales enablement materials including competitive positioning and demo narratives
- Design and execute growth initiatives such as outbound campaigns and ABM programs
- Evaluate and build strategic partnerships to expand distribution and awareness
- Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, and pipeline data to improve performance
- Build customer case studies and proof points for enterprise sales
- Improve operational processes across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth startup
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation
- Comfort working with data from CRM, analytics, product, or sales systems
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in growth, product marketing, partnerships, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales motions
- Experience working directly with sales teams and customer-facing functions
- Experience building processes from scratch in an early-stage company
