GTM Strategy and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance to drive growth
• Execute projects to improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomes
• Work with AEs and clients to refine value communication and ROI delivery
• Design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, and onboarding
• Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership for roadmap prioritization
• Run competitive deep-dives and provide actionable intelligence to the team
• Build internal operating rhythms including reporting, forecasting, and process optimization

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive cross-functional execution
• Strong proficiency in slide-building and Excel/Sheets
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives and customers
• Ability to work in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
