Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic operations agenda for the EMEA Agency team to drive alignment and scaled productivity.
- Act as a primary strategic partner to GM and VP leaders, shaping GTM priorities and surfacing commercial risks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of agency-focused initiatives.
- Own the analytical framework for the business, partnering with BI to define KPIs, trend analyses, and forecasting models.
- Drive data integrity and pipeline governance by establishing standards and accountability mechanisms for forecasting.
- Design and institutionalize best practices, playbooks, and operating rhythms to serve as a model for global adoption.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping through change management and organizational adoption.
- Represent EMEA regional requirements in the design of global processes, tooling, and programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations within a high-growth technology organization.
- Proven track record of influencing VP-level stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes through insight and results.
- Deep analytical capability with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into executive-ready recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational infrastructure, including processes and governance mechanisms.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives in an ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience leading change management efforts related to systems, processes, or organizational design.
