GTM Strategy and Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance through customer analysis
• Execute projects to improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomes
• Work with AEs, CSMs, and clients to refine value communication and ROI delivery
• Design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, and onboarding
• Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership to drive roadmap prioritization
• Run competitive deep-dives and provide actionable intelligence to the team
• Build internal operating rhythms including reporting, forecasting, and process optimization

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive cross-functional execution
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and slide-building
• SQL and scripting experience are valuable
• Excellent communication skills for executive and customer interaction
• Ability to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
